Terms of Cooperation

A patient record including treatment dates, diagnosis, treatment course, and doctor’s signature is required for warranty claims.

All procedures performed at the Z Wieży Clinic are carried out with utmost care, in accordance with the latest medical knowledge and technical capabilities. If you are dissatisfied with the result, any procedure (except conditionally performed treatments) can be repeated free of charge during the warranty period. Any concerns must be reported as soon as they are noticed.

All doctors at the Z Wieży Clinic are committed to responding promptly to feedback. If your doctor is on leave, another available doctor (within their competence and availability) may repeat the procedure (e.g. replace a filling) free of charge.

Conditionally performed procedures are carried out with the same care but do not fall under the warranty. The conditional nature of such procedures requires the patient's signature in the medical record.

Before starting a treatment, the doctor or clinic staff will inform the patient of the cost and possible options.
Prices may change only if unforeseen circumstances arise during treatment (e.g., the tooth root is too damaged to support a post, despite normal X-ray appearance).
In such cases, the doctor should, if possible, pause the procedure and inform the patient about the change in cost and scope.

The full price list is available at reception.

For highly specialized, complex, and long-term treatments (e.g. extensive implant restorations, occlusal equilibrations with prosthetic reconstructions and bite elevation), individual pricing may be provided based on estimated material and procedural costs. These must be agreed upon with the patient prior to starting treatment.

EMERGENCY CARE
Patients with acute pain are admitted at the earliest possible time, outside of normal scheduling if needed.
To avoid long waits, please call as early as possible (from 7:30 AM on working days).
Clinic hours are:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM,
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

APPOINTMENTS AND ATTENDANCE
Appointments are scheduled for a specific time, and we strive to begin on time.
However, minor delays may occur due to the nature of dental work.
We apologize in advance, and our team will inform you of any delays whenever possible.

If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, please inform the reception as early as possible.
Failure to cancel an appointment at least 6 hours in advance may result in loss of privileges (e.g. priority booking or previously granted discounts).
Missing two appointments without notice requires a 50 PLN deposit for future bookings.

COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK
If you have any concerns about the quality of your treatment, you have the right to discuss them with the clinic owner, Dr. Janina Labuda-Dziarnowska. Complaints will be addressed as soon as possible.
